Ryo's SCP was very good. Someone mentioned he looked like a starving panda, which I kind of agree. Poor guy needs to sleep. I always enjoy his solo interviews more than anything, the previous one was Chubo. Maybe it spares the cringe to see the other members act silly. Glad he left behind the usual facade of egoism. He was warm, natural, down-to-earth, and very enjoyable to watch. His thoughts were very mature and it was interesting to hear his analogies and the confidence in his expression of the topics discussed. It was a good interview. I'm glad I'm fangirling the right guy XD

Everything you do or experience now, whether voluntarily or involuntarily, whether you like it or you hate it, no matter how big or small are important because they will make you who you are. Lots of these cannot be pin-point, are not very obvious. But small things accumulate to big things. Every opportunity is worth the run. So all we need to do is enjoy the journey.

I remind myself, we need to lay the groundwork... & I am a very lucky person. Anyone who knows he/she won't go hungry and have a roof over his/her head tonight is a lucky person.

Did a quick scan of interesting pages before I give the book away. Actually, it was really only Ken's I wanted ;D, but decided to do some of the groups that were less likely to be scanned, and some of the actresses that I liked.

Late as usual. Looks like I come on here more often to ramble during school. And now that I'm on holidays, I've nothing to say :D Haven't been checking my f-list either o.O Been pretty busy recently, started driving lessons this week. Only one and half weeks left till the new semester. This is probably the shortest holiday yet.

Miyake Ken turns 30th today!! Happy Birthday Ken XD

Let's take the opportunity to talk about him. What can I say, he'll always be my favourite member in V6. There's a certain sense of openness about him, like the way Go described him on SCP, he lives very freely. I'm not sure how to express it in English without sounding awkard. 一种坦荡荡的生活方式。开朗，不被拘束，自由自在的。最喜欢他笑的时候，他那阳光般的笑容，好像温和的下午，不知不觉，你也被感染了。由其他害羞时就会低下头微笑，你的心在那一瞬间也会被牵动到。似纯真的性格，却明显有几份成熟的味道。常常在那明亮的眼睛后，查觉到种种的忧郁。

His smile is very bright, although people tend to say he is like a kid, but ever so often behind those eyes that seem to sparkle with mischief, there is a sort of heaviness or melancholy. I've never heard anyone in the English fandom say this, but Chinese fans always mention this about Ken. And is something I've always sensed, but especially when he is being thoughtful, or during times when he spaces out. 总之，一种说不出的忧郁感。 Actually, all V6 members tend to space out at least a few times in any interview. haha. Which I kinda like, because they look cute when they space out ;D

I think his positive outlook to life has also garnered him a lot of fans. And the one thing he is most famous for is his care for the environment. Apparently he wakes up early on weekends and joins clean up teams to pick waste. He avoids taking the car and either cycles or sits public transport. He also has this big thing about recycling :) Anyway, I personally never really understood why I prefer certain artists over others. Its the same with Ken. I wish him all the best as he enters into his 30th year of life. AND he should get married :D

No!!! I sweared I wouldn't be posting until next Monday. Until I saw this:



From the Kumagusu episode on the 27th of February. This was part of the new section of the show where one V6 member will attempt to become a Kumagusu in a special field. And first up was Ken attempting to become a Kumagusu who "begins drinking in the morning". Of all people, we all know Ken gets drunk easily. Hence, the next set of pictures of uber cute, in the midst of getting drunk, Ken.

Edit (11th March 09): I'd rather not make another useless post so I'm editing this one instead. Omgeeee!! I just watched episode 9 of Mei-chan no Shitsuji!! Low quality and the audio was out of sync but no matter. And I skimmed through it only because I ought to be doing something else more time-worthy. But omgggeee!! This episode is much better than the previous 2. That's really not saying anything because I only watched the last 10mins of the previous episode. haha. Rihito is showing a more human side now. As in most Asian dramas, Rihito and Mei do not have much physical contact, but they've played out their love for each other really well. So sweet :D It's a wonder how they can switch between a serious scene and a super idiotic scene so quickly. The opening scene to the episode was so funny, when Mei's classmates budge into the room and she and Rihito tried their best to act all normal. haha, that was hilarious! Woah, Rihito slapped Mei! That was uncounted for. The snow scene towards the end was beautiful! Rihito's black coat and black hair stood out really well with the whitish snowish background *_* Mei, she's such a sweet girl. I'm glad Nana is acting as Mei! I find it hilarious when Rihito tells Mei all the time "I'm Mei-sama's butler." She asks him how did he know she was here and he replies, "because I'm Mei-sama's butler". In normal circumstances, when a guy kneels in front of a girl, he says something sweet to her. But Rihito has to say "I want to be Mei-sama's butler". Lolz.. "I will be your sword" whut?! haha. ok, but truthfully speaking if a guy says that to me I'll freak out. Its still very very sweet nevertheless. And omggeee at the preview of next episode. Reminds me of olden chinese dramas now, people try kill one another with arrows!
