Some oldies for a change, when chinese music was at its peak. Albums being released nowadays are so crappy. Its good to relisten to old songs for the sake of reminiscence. This song 一剪梅 comes from a 1984 drama of the same name. A very well known song, it has been resang many times. This version I've attached is, I think, by the original singer - the famous 费玉清 Fei Yu Qing. Renown for his soothing voice and duck neck singing style (coined by me XD). He sticks his head out when he sings, oh but he sings brilliantly live. And don't be fooled by his gentleman look, he talks about sick jokes all the time on his music show. I spend an entire bus journey in Taiwan watching a compilation of them ;D
